Over
300 physicians from around the world attended
the 1st International Wine & Heart Health
Summit held at the Silverado Country Club &
Resort in Napa, California. The Summit was co-sponsored
by Desert Heart Foundation and Robert Mondavi
Family of Wine.
The
two-day symposium brought together an impressive
faculty of physicians, scientists and epidemiologists
to discuss the benefits of the daily consumption
of wine on improved cardiovascular health. |

venues included exceptional dinners at Robert Mondavi

for the Wine & Heart Health Research Initiative

kept the bidding lively and entertaining. |

Nearly
150 guests gathered in the Vineyard Room at Robert
Mondavi Winery to bid on important lots of wine
with the proceeds going to the Wine & Heart
Health Research Initiative. |

with Tedd M. Goldfinger DO, FACC, FCCP, President
of Desert Heart Foundation and Director of the Wine
& Heart Health Research Initiative. |
